Terms of service

The rules that apply when you schedule pins through Dripboard, in the plainest language we could keep them in.

Last updated August 16, 2026

01The agreement

These terms form a binding agreement between you and Dripboard covering your use of dripboard.dev and the Dripboard application. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

Our privacy policy and cookie policy are part of this agreement and are incorporated by reference.

02Accounts and eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, whichever is higher.
  • Account details you give us must be accurate and kept current.
  • You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by team members you invite.
  • Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • One person or organisation per account. Team seats exist so you do not have to share a login.

03Plans, billing, and trials

  • The Starter plan is free and limited as described on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, in US dollars excluding VAT.
  • Trials last 14 days. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan converts to paid at the price shown at sign-up.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from account settings; access continues to the end of the paid period.
  • Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law, or where we withdraw a feature you paid for and cannot offer an equivalent.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next renewal, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
  • Failed payments suspend paid features after a grace period. Your data is retained for 30 days beyond that before deletion begins.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to use Dripboard to:

  • Publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that you do not have the rights to distribute.
  • Operate accounts you are not authorised to manage, or evade a suspension imposed by us or by Pinterest.
  • Run automated schemes designed to manipulate Pinterest's ranking, engagement, or advertising systems.
  • Circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or technical safeguards, including by creating multiple accounts.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or white-label the service without a written agreement with us.
  • Probe, scan, or load-test our infrastructure without prior written permission.

Pinterest's own terms and community guidelines apply to everything you publish through us. A breach of those is a breach of these terms.

05The Pinterest connection

Dripboard is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest, Inc. Pinterest is their trademark.

  • You authorise us to act on your behalf within the permissions you granted through Pinterest's OAuth screen, and only to carry out actions you have scheduled or requested.
  • Every pin we publish is one you selected and scheduled individually. Dripboard does not publish, repin, or interact with anything on its own initiative.
  • Pinterest's developer guidelines forbid third parties from storing information obtained through their API. We operate accordingly: their data is read when you ask for it and discarded afterwards, as set out in the privacy policy.
  • You may revoke that authorisation at any time from Dripboard or from Pinterest. Revoking stops scheduled publishing immediately.
  • Pinterest controls its own API, rate limits, and policies. If Pinterest changes, restricts, or withdraws access, features that depend on it may change or stop working, and we cannot guarantee otherwise.
  • We are not responsible for actions Pinterest takes against your account, including distribution changes, restrictions, or suspension.

06Your content

You keep all rights to the images, videos, text, and links you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, resize, and transmit that content strictly to operate the service — for example, to store a pin until its slot and then publish it to Pinterest. The licence ends when the content is deleted.

You are responsible for holding the rights to what you publish, including model and property releases where relevant, and for complying with disclosure rules that apply to sponsored content in your jurisdiction.

07Our intellectual property

The service, its interface, source code, and the Dripboard name and marks belong to us. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service, and nothing more. Feedback you send us may be used without restriction or obligation.

08Availability and support

  • We do not publish an uptime guarantee. Dripboard is a young product, and we would rather say so than print a number we cannot stand behind.
  • Publishing depends on the Pinterest API being reachable. Outages, rate limits, or policy changes on their side can delay or prevent scheduled pins, and we cannot compensate for reach lost that way.
  • Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical and scheduled outside peak publishing hours.
  • Support is provided by email on weekdays. Studio plans receive priority handling.
  • We may change or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces functionality on a paid plan, we give at least 30 days' notice.

09Suspension and termination

  • You may close your account at any time from account settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, creates a security or legal risk, or leaves fees unpaid after notice.
  • Where circumstances allow, we give notice and a chance to fix the problem before suspending.
  • After termination your queue stops publishing. Data is retained for 30 days so you can export it, then deleted as described in the privacy policy.

10Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Suggested publishing times, performance metrics, and forecasts are estimates derived from historical data. They are not a promise of reach, traffic, or revenue, and results depend on factors outside our control.

11Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

12Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from content you published through the service, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of another party's rights, including reasonable legal costs.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service and the law change. Material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms; if you do not, cancel before they apply.

14Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Istanbul have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules in your country of residence.

Before filing a claim, both sides agree to try to resolve the dispute by writing to the other and allowing 30 days for a response.

15Contact

Questions about these terms go to hello@dripboard.dev, or by post to Dripboard, Istanbul, Türkiye.
